The gymnastics team is for serious athletes who are ready to put in several hours of effort each week. Gymnasts train and learn routines on the Women’s Apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor. Emphasis is placed on consistency and mental focus as students continue to have fun learning gymnastics and building lasting relationships. YMCA Membership Required.
Pre Team / Level 1
This class is for girls who are ready for a little extra challenge. More attention is given to form and technique, as well as strength and flexibility development. Basic Routines are started in preparation for the gymnastics team.
