Aqua Jogging is a great alternative to cycling. It offers all the benefits of a no impact cardio workout with the addition of being able to stay cool in the water! Our instructors will show you how to use various floatation devices with proper form and then send you jogging around the deep end of the pool while punching, kicking and having fun on your way to better fitness.
Distance and Drills
This program offers challenging workouts and technique coaching from our aquatics staff, geared towards any lap swimmer that wants to improve their endurance and swimming technique while also getting in a great workout. Swimmers range in skill from the novice lap swimmer to the former swim team participant.
