Our Recreational Gymnastics Program gives our school aged participants the opportunity to join in the fun! Participants will use all of our gymnastics equipment to learn skills ranging from basic rolls to more complex sequences and everything in between.
Children will learn basic gymnastics skills on all of our gymnastics equipment. Skills include rolls, handstands, directional walking, back hip circles, and vaulting techniques. (1 HR)
Super Springers will involve a continuation of skills learned in the Rockin Rollers class while encouraging children to progress to more difficult skills such as round offs, beam levers, bar dismounts, and vault rolls. (1 HR)
This class is geared toward the older child that would like to participate in gymnastics classes. They will utilize all of our gymnastics equipment while working on basic gymnastics skills and progressing to more difficult skills as participants are ready.
This program focuses on floor work and will utilize our spring floor and air track. Beginners will start with basic skills such as rolls, cartwheels and handstands. The class will progress with work on back handsprings and more difficult tumbling sequences. (1 HR)
The boys will continue to learn and master skills learned during the Boys Beginner as well as learn new skills. (1 hour)
This program is geared toward children who are home schooled and will incorporate basic gymnastics skills on all of our gymnastics equipment and is offered at a convenient early afternoon time.
